Spring Break 2025
And just like that it’s been a week. Now the break is over.

This past Tuesday with Teresa meditation was based on quotes, excerpts and a body scan from the late Thich Naht Hahn. - A global spiritual leader, monk, Zen Master, author, poet, teacher and peace activist.
Over this spring break I had a few days of outdoor adventures with grandkids. I taught a couple classes of meditation for some wonderful students. I watched Tiffaney teach her Thai Chi class and sat through Phillips Hypnosis class. I have to tell you, it was awesome.
We are so lucky to have such great teachers in this small community. The diversity and richness of our teachers are fantastic. Last week I got to watch Lynda Jackson teach yoga and I had a little time to participate in one of Ellies Yoga classes as well. They are so very different and both classes are not only good for the body they are good for the soul.

I am super excited that Stephanie Taylor, Author, and Psychic will be visiting Susanville, CA and our Studio this week on her book signing tour. It got me thinking of a quote I read earlier this week from Thich Nhat Hanh, “For things to reveal themselves to us, we need to be ready to abandon our views about them”. To me that quote embodies open mindedness and the willingness to observe without judgment,
Stephanie will be at Margie’s Book Nook, Saturday April 26, reading an excerpt from her book “Silenced In The Name of God.” She will be signing books and maybe, sneaking in an energy reading too.
We have four events planned with Stephanie at the Studio for a little “outside the box” entertainment. We will be hosting Stephanie for two nights of Gallery readings and one night of a more intimate setting in her Reiki Share.
I love learning about new things, including the metaphysical world.
